Overview

This article will help you manage your account, and invite others into your organisational space (Pro only). Your account helps others to know who you are and helps you to log in, have a clear identity and manage your preferences. This article should cover all you need to know about managing your account.

Contains

  • Profile - display name, plan and image.
  • Purchases - a historical log of all your purchases.
  • Co-pilot - review and top up your credits.
  • Organisation - set, change and invite other collaborators.
  • Change email - update your primary contact address.
  • Change password - update your authentication.
  • Delete account - self-managed account removal.

Terminology

  • Organisation - a shared space to work with other Pro and Expert accounts.
  • Co-pilot - the AI assistant that helps you with suggestions.
  • Purchase - either a plan subscription or co-pilot credit top up.
  • Plan - your level of access (Starter, Pro or Expert).

To start: Log in and select your profile image to open the account panel

The account panel helps you decide what you're managing - your own account, or your team space.

Profile

Step: Update your Display name

Your display name helps others find you, and to personalise your experience. 

Step: Update your Photo / profile icon

Your profile photo or icon helps team mates identify you quickly.

Your plan / purchase will be available via this tab

Optional Step: Review or manage your Purchases

Select 'Revise my plan' to review your purchases and/or make changes to your plan.

Step: Review all past purchases and transaction information

Co-pilot

Organisation

Your organisation space may start with 1, or more, people. The founding member will be the Organisation Admin - they cam make changes. If you are not the admin, you'll be notified that you can't update these.

Update your logo or name

Optional step: Invite others and select their plan (Expert is most common, but you can invite a new Pro as well)

Change email

Optional step: From here you can update your email address.

Delete account

Optional step: From here you can permanently remove your account.

Deleting your account (and pre-delete verification step)

Note: We ask you to confirm before deletion by typing a phrase. It really does work... your will be purged regardless of location. If you share designs, everything you created will be removed. Contact support if you are deleting an account but need to move select data to another owner.

Top 3 next steps

  1. Identify collaborators and ask them to work with you on Coursensu.
  2. Invite them via your Organisation management tab.
  3. Review co-pilot credit used (you'll also be notified when running low).
