This article covers how to invite others to collaborate in your design. There are several ways to do this and you can select the best method for your needs. Inviting others enables you to work together on designs, unlock real-time editing and collaborative features. Inviting others also means you can increase stakeholder engagement by asking them to leave contextual comments and review your learning designs.
You can invite people in different ways based on the result you wish to see:
Invite a Viewer to review and add comments for a single design. Use Share design button (fast and easy for access).
Invite an Expert or a new Pro designer. Can review and comment OR edit your designs with you.

Join your organisation - add others once you're signed up to your organisation to work on one, or more, designs.
Invite via onboarding (account set up) - when you register on Coursensu you can also invite others to work with, sharing the same organisation space.
Terminology
Share - add someone (registered user or not) to your design.
Invite - you'll send an email to someone else, joining your organisation.
Organisation - your shared space to work with others, share designs and get feedback.
Tip: There is a differences across plans, the Starter plan can not invite others, it is designed for those who work solo.

Share your design
You can invite anyone with a shared link, this permits access to Review and Comment on your design. You can also invite team members to collaborate on your selected design or invite new team members.
Step: Navigate to a design and select the Share button
Step: If one does not yet exist (as shown below), select Generate sharable link to create a new share.
Step: Select Copy share link to place the link in your clipboard for you to share it with anyone
Tip: Anyone with this link can access your design but it can be revoked by anyone with permission to select the Revoke shared link button

Optional Step: Revoke shared access (only when needed, it will remove all previous shares)
Invite via Your account
When you're registered (or invited by someone else) you can invite others to collaborate via Your account. This is helpful for adding Experts to comment and review your designs, or to add other colleagues as Pro users (subscription required).
Step: Navigate to My account
Step: Switch to the Organisation tab
Step Add the full name, work email and select the plan for the person you're inviting.
Step: Your invited colleague will receive an email inviting them to your Organisation space in Coursensu.
Note: For this demo we called our Organisation space 'Coursensu' - yours will be called whatever brand, employer or organisation you have set yourself up as!
Inviting via onboarding (if you're making a new account)
When you self-register, you'll join via our onboarding steps. During this you can choose to work with others.
Step: During onboarding you'll be asked to 'Invite colleagues to collaborate'
Step: When given the choice, select the Pro plan. This enables you to work with others.
Step: When asked - you'll be given the choice to select 'With others' (Pro only)
Step: Invite your colleagues by adding their Full Name, their work email address and their plan type.
Step: Review all invite confirmations from here (also via Your account).
