Your display name and profile image is visible to you and other users within the platform who share your organisation. Your co-pilot credits is visible only to you.
When you design courses, we gather data about your content, pedagogical methods, learning types, team members, resources, outcomes, and review status. This helps tailor your learning journey and allows collaboration with your team.
Notifications, tasks and your favourite methods keep you organised within the platform are stored against your profile.
When you're part of an organisation, we collect information like invites, organisation name, and an organisational photo.
We store and process the minimal amount of information needed to connect and integrate between platforms. We operate a 'minimum scopes' approach, which means that we only utilise and process the most minimal amount of data needed in order to fulfil the task (such as content import or export).
Data is securely stored in our systems with industry-strength measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction. Our built-in data permissions system prohibits unauthorised access across accounts.
The user data we collect is used solely for the purpose of providing our service and is not shared with third parties unless explicitly agreed upon by the user via integrations (for example if you connect to Miro or a LMS).
