Is there a free version of Coursensu?

Learning Designer users can invite an unlimited number of Contributors who'll get a free, read-only role. Contributors can view and comment on designs - giving their feedback, approval or sign-off. Purchasing the Content Editor add-on extends the Contributor capabilities, adding the ability to edit learning content.

Who is the Learning Designer best suited for?

The Learning Designer is best suited for Learning Designers, Instructional Designers, Learning Technologists and Administrators. It can be used with Subject Matter Experts, Educators and Trainers who are heavily invested in the design process. Learning Design users can invite each other, and Contributors, to co-create designs together.

Who is the Course Companion best suited for?

The Course Companion is best suited for Educators, Course Editors, SMEs and Administrators who want to improve their courses directly in your LMS (Moodle). It provides a digitised learning design assistant that understands their course content and activities (not student data). Learning Designer users can create templates and best practice pedagogies that are then available to Course Companion users. They two platforms are purposefully and thoughtfully integrated.

What are the add-ons for?

The add-ons are for teams who are growing their course production capabilities. It adds extra features to the core roles, for example Content Editor extends the Contributor role and the LMS integration provides rapid export of your Coursensu designs into learner-ready courses within your LMS.

Can I mix the Learning Designer and Course Companion?

Yes! They work together seamlessly, or can be used separately. Learning Designer users can create, and publish designs to the LMS. Course Companion users can work independently from the Learning Designer, but also draw from your collection of design Templates. The Learning Designer also features an area that shows statistics and insights from your Course Companion usage, which can help spot trends and commonalities across your Course Companion users.

Do you need a credit card to start a free trial?

No. The free trial is a Pro user and does not require a card. If you like Coursensu you can convert your trial to a paid plan. We want you to make an informed decision before purchase and encourage you to evaluate Coursensu during your trial.

What is the Refund Policy - how can I cancel my subscription?

You are eligible for a refund if you cancel within 7 days of any purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us and we will do our best to resolve any issues, or issue you a refund. Refunded accounts then become read-only (same as Expert).

Which is best - annual or monthly payment?

Annual payments get a 17% discount. This provides better value for your team to create learning designs. If you want a shorter timeframe then we recommend starting with the monthly plan. You can switch payment types, or change plan, all from your account. Use the pricing calculator to estimate the monthly cost, or annual saving.
