Is there a free version of Coursensu?

Pro and Team accounts can invite stakeholders as a read-only review role (for free). These roles can comment and review items for approval or sign-off.

Who is the Pro plan best suited for?

The Pro plan is for subject matter experts, educators and teams of Learning Designers or Instructional Designers. Each will need a Pro seat to work together and create learning experiences.

When do I need the Team plan?

The Team plan is for teams who are growing their course production capabilities. It includes everything in the Pro plan plus LMS integrations, numerous ways to customise Coursensu and extra support, including onboarding.

Can I mix Pro and Team plans?

Yes! The Team role is best suited for central teams who need to maintain oversight and use the customisation features. The Pro role can be allocated to designers, educators, SMEs, content creators and trainers - anyone who is responsible for individual and collections of courses.

Do you need a credit card to start a free trial?

No. the free trial does not require a card. If you like Coursensu you can convert your trial to a paid plan. We want you to make an informed decision before purchase.

What is the Refund Policy - how can I cancel my subscription?

You are eligible for a refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us and we will do our best to resolve any issues, or issue you a refund. Refunded accounts then become read-only.

Which is best - annual or monthly payment?

Annual payments get a 17% discount. This provides better value for your team to create learning designs. If you want a shorter timeframe then we recommend starting with the monthly plan. You can switch payment types, or change plan, all from your account.
