We made a change in December 2024 to Coursensu which results in a 'cookie conflict'. Due to a built-in security feature of cookies, it requires you to manually clear your Coursensu browser cookies (just once) in order to log in again. This guide walks you through how to clear your Coursensu cookies in each browser.

If you are experiencing a 'loop' in your login - then you'll need to clear your cookies. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Google Chrome: How to clear cookies
Step: Select the Chrome menu, then Settings.

Step: Select Privacy and security
Privacy and Security selected (from the left menu)
Step: Select Third-party cookies
Third party cookies selected (from the list)
Step: Select See all site data and permissions
See all data and permissions selected (from the list of site data and permissions)
Step: Search for coursensu in the top right search box
All search results for 'coursensu' (should just be one)
Step: Select the Delete icon to the right Coursensu.

🎉 Complete! You can now return to Coursensu and log in successfully.

Safari: How to clear cookies
Step: Select the Safari menu, then Settings.
